Due to high demand for reels from our students, we are now offering the opportunity to prepare and produce your audition reel. We have recently amped up our production equipment to make our actors look great, and students will receive an edited cut of their footage. What is an Audition Reel?
 
To make it in Hollywood, you need to have a professional actor’s reel. To even begin submitting for roles, an actor is required to have some footage! An Audition Reel is best for actors who are just starting out, who have yet to gain experience and yet still need to provide some proof of their work. An audition reel is a short video of a scene or monologue without the full staging of a real TV or film clip. As if auditioning for a role, the actor auditions with a reader; the reel is well lit with clean sound and takes place in a professional studio. It is then edited and formatted so that it can be emailed and posted at ease. Ultimately, an audition reel is an accepted and respected form of exhibiting talents in a clean and simple manner.
